Future Wash ("we," "us," "our") provides waterless car care in the San Francisco Bay Area. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, forms, and phone line, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to www.futurewash.com and to the services we perform for you.

Information We Collect

When you request a wash, ask for a quote, or start a monthly plan, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address (street, city, ZIP), vehicle year, make and model, the service and add-ons you select, and any notes you write, such as gate codes or parking instructions.

If you subscribe to a monthly plan, our payment processor collects your card details directly. Future Wash does not store full card numbers on its own systems; we retain only the limited billing records we need, such as the last four digits, the plan you are on, and payment status.

We also automatically receive standard technical information when you browse the site — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring page — through cookies and analytics tools.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to schedule and perform your service, confirm and reschedule appointments, route technicians to your address, process recurring monthly subscription billing, respond to questions, resolve service issues under our satisfaction guarantee, maintain our records, and — where permitted — send occasional service updates or offers. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS and Text Message Consent

When you provide your phone number on a booking, quote, or contact form, you agree that Future Wash may call or text you about that request, including appointment confirmations, technician arrival updates, and scheduling changes. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to remove your number by emailing support@futurewash.com. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop transactional messages about a scheduled appointment.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use our pages. We may use analytics and advertising measurement services, which may set their own cookies and receive information about your visit so we can measure the performance of our campaigns. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

Your Rights and How to Request Deletion

California residents may request to know what personal information we hold about them, request a copy, request correction, and request deletion. We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the time required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Some records — such as completed transaction and tax records — may be retained where the law allows.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
